All bakeit freefrom kits are currently sent via Royal Mail. We offer Second and First Class delivery for most kits.
However some kits can only be sent via First Class post, this is because the kits include fresh food items. For example our Carrot Cake kit includes the carrots and oranges that you will need. Because we want to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition these can only be posted First Class and we will highlight the inclusion of food items to Royal Mail by the use of a red ‘perishable’ stamp on the outside of these cake kit boxes to help ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Royal Mail charges £5.50 for First Class and £2.90 for Second Class delivery.
At present we only normally deliver to UK mainland. Should you require a special delivery, for example a guaranteed delivery time, or delivery to an address outside the UK mainland please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. We will endeavour to meet your needs, however please be aware that this will incur additional costs.
bakeit freefrom cannot be held responsible if the cake kit has been misrouted, misplaced or delayed by Royal Mail. We will ask for certificates of proof of postage from Royal Mail and are happy to share these with you. But in the unlikely event that you have delivery problems you will need contact Royal Mail customer services.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we have the correct delivery details. These include name of recipient, house number and full post code. We also require a contact email address, and if possible a mobile or land line phone. This is so we can advise you when the cake kit has been dispatched or if there is an issue with your order.
