A vegan and freefrom version of a classic cake! Our carrot cake kit contains organic carrots and pine kernels to replace the nuts. We also provide a delicious orange glace icing instead of a cream cheese topping. This carrot cake kit makes a real treat, the cake is moist, spicy and loved by all who try it. The cake is free from all 14 European Union listed food allergens and are suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.
This kit includes every high quality ingredient needed. Everything is pre-measured carefully by us to enable you to produce a cake which will serve 10 slices.
The kit also contains a tin liner and a skewer. So all you need are a few basic pieces of equipment, including a 20cm non-stick cake tin, bowl, saucepan, etc.

1 x bag: icing sugar.

1 x bottle: rapeseed oil, white wine vinegar.
2 x tubs: 100g organic fruit puree (apple 88%, pear 12%, ascorbic acid (trace)).
