A cake with vegetables?! Why not try our spicy courgette muffins kit? Our muffins are very moist and gently spicy as they are flavoured with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Trust us, they do not taste of courgette at all! The muffins are free from all 14 European Union listed food allergens and are suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans. When ordering please choose from either pine kernels or raisins for the muffins and orange or lemon for the icing.
This kit includes every high quality ingredient needed. Everything is pre-measured carefully by us to enable you to produce 12 satisfying muffins.
The kit also contains muffin cases and a skewer. So all you need are a few basic pieces of equipment, such as a 12 hole muffin tray, bowl, saucepan, etc.

1 x large bag: self-raising wheat free and gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum), soft light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, natural bicarbonate of soda, gluten free baking powder, gluten free xanthan gum, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, salt.
1 x bag: raw pine kernels OR raisins.
1 x bag: icing sugar.
1 x bottle: sunflower oil, vanilla extract.
1 x tub: 100g of organic fruit puree (apple 88%, pear 12%, ascorbic acid (trace)).
1 x orange OR unwaxed lemon.
12 x paper muffin cases.
1 x skewer.
