This cake is free from all 14 European Union listed food allergens so it is suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans. Want to know more? Two rich, moist chocolate sponges are filled and topped with an indulgent, organic raw chocolate ganache creating a chocoholics delight. You can also adapt the cake to suit your own taste. If you like fresh raspberries, strawberries or black cherries – then just add them on top of the ganache filling and topping. Or jam, blackcurrant and raspberry are my favourites, just spread in the middle of your cake. None of these are needed, but nice maybe to personalise your cake!
Our kit includes every high quality ingredient you will need, except a little water. We have carefully pre-measured everything so that you can easily produce an indulgent vegan and gluten free chocolate cake which will serve 12 slices.
The kit also contains tin liners and a skewer. So all you need are a few basic pieces of equipment, such as 2x 20cm sandwich tins, bowl, saucepan, etc.

1 x bag: organic raw dark chocolate 11% (organic raw cacao mass, organic agave syrup, organic vanilla extract).
1 x tub: organic coconut oil, soft light brown sugar.
1 x tin: 160ml organic coconut cream.
Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
1 x bag: plain wheat free and gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), caster sugar, organic raw cacao powder 3%, natural bicarbonate of soda, gluten free xanthan gum, salt.
1 x bottle: rapeseed oil, white wine vinegar, organic vanilla extract.
2 x tubs: 100g organic fruit puree (apple 88%, pear 12%, ascorbic acid (trace)).
2 x 20cm sandwich tin liners.
1 x skewer.
